Year around, very clean housekeeping cottages on Plum Lake. Pets are welcome. Linens, towels & boat provided. Close to several golf courses, unique shops, museums, hiking and biking trails. Within walking distance is a park (with tennis and basketball courts and a ball field), bait shop, post office, library, and downtown Sayner. A water ski club performs 2 nights a week. The resort is minutes from cross country trails and is on the snowmobile trail. |

The Woodlands is located on the North shore of Plum Lake in Beautiful Vilas County. There are seven cottages in the midst of towering pines, oaks and birches. They are fully furnished, roomy and clean for your comfort. Each cottage has a screened porch, grill and picnic table and is equipped for housekeeping with plenty of dishes, flatware, cooking untensils and microwave. A private pier and 14' boat is also included with each cottage. Outboard motors are available for rent. Come and enjoy our level sand beach, swim raft, paddle boat and canoes.
